“Erin and I connected at exactly the right time. I had been training regularly with another trainer and playing tennis but I was not happy with my size. Somehow when Erin and I got together we hit it off and I realized that she could help me. More than anything I felt we were a good fit.

I love Erin’s positive attitude and knowledge and sincere interest in helping to meet my individual needs. I looked forward to our gym appointments. I started to be away from St. Louis for several months at a time and she would give me workouts that I could do on my own.

Erin and I talked about how important nutrition was in reaching my goals and I was inspired by a college friend who had had success with WW (formerly Weight Watchers). I felt I needed some extra structure with the eating component. It occurred to me that if my friend could make the progress she had made I could too.

We were planning for Erin’s maternity leave when Covid hit. Although, I must admit, I resisted the online training at first, I am so glad that was the next step, because I really like it and it has kept me accountable.

I've lost over 16% body fat, 40 pounds, and I am now wearing size Medium instead of XL. I am strong, feel great, and my tennis game has continued to improve. Erin’s support has been tremendous and of course I love all the Clara photos and updates.
