But while in the cooler months I steam, roast, and add veggies to soups and stews when it gets warmer I just want them fresh! And to be completely honest, I was having a hard time trying to figure out how this blog fit into this new life that had snuck up on and seduced me. ... No longer was I living my life day to day out of a suitcase. No longer were 90% of my meals created out of ingredients that could be kept in a mini-fridge, cooked in a hotel microwave, and carried from hotel to hotel in a purse-sized cooler. No longer did I have to wear the same 3 pairs of shoes!
